This magnificent parcel on the left bank of the Vienne, located in Anché, is a truly exceptional clay-limestone terroir for Chenin Blanc.

It now covers just over 2 hectares.

Average yield: 35 hl/ha, sometimes less.

The grapes are harvested in several stages, sorted as they ripen.
The juices obtained by pneumatic pressing are then vinified and aged in stainless steel vats to preserve the fruit's brightness and freshness for 5 months before bottling.
