A magnificent parcel of over 2 hectares located on the left bank of the Vienne at Anché, this clay-limestone terroir is truly exceptional for Chenin Blanc. Average yield 35 hl/ha, sometimes less. The grapes are harvested in several successive sortings, depending on their maturity. The juices obtained by pneumatic pressing are then vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks for 5 months to preserve the fruit's freshness and brilliance before bottling. This wood-free approach allows Chenin to express its natural aromatic purity, crystalline vivacity and chalky minerality in all their splendor.
